We believe that the act of baptism is meant to be a conscious choice to publicly display what God has already done in one's heart. Because of this, we do not baptize babies. Instead, we do Baby Recognitions. This provides an opportunity for parents to publicly acknowledge to God and their LIFEchurch family that they intend to raise their child to know that God made them and loves them, in the hope that one day they will choose Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Our next baby recognition is Sunday, May 19th, 2024. Each child must be registered, and parents are required to meet with the pastor half an hour prior to the recognition ceremony in the Prayer Room.
